News :: Increase in Statutory Annual Leave

From 1st April 2009 statutory annual leave increased from 4.8 weeks to 5.6 weeks.

Therefore, if your next or current leave year begins prior to the 1 April 2009 you will need to recalculate your employees statutory holiday entitlement based on the number of months in the leave year after 1st April.
