News :: A little less filing is always welcome!

From last month (1st October 2008 to be precise) employers are no longer legally required to keep previous copies of their Employers Liability Compulsory Insurance (ELCI) certificates for 40 years. Our advice to you however, is to ensure you keep detailed electronic records of all your previous ELCI policies, in the event of an insurance claim being made against you in the years to come (hopefully you will never find yourself in this situation – but never say never!)
