News :: RIDDOR Do you know what to do?

RIDDOR is Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995. Employers, the self-employed and those in control of premises must report specified workplace incidents.
So what do you need to report and how? 
You must report:
- Deaths and Major Injury
- Over 3 Day Injuries
- Disease
- Dangerous Occurrences (near misses)
- Gas Incidents
You must report any of the above by the quickest means possible:
