The Third Stage

Get the best out of your contact database using email, survey and mobile marketing tools

Email | Mobile | Marketing

The Third Stage helps customers who wish to build their community. This may be by making their existing contact database work harder, by building a new database, or by repairing one that has been neglected. It works with email, surveys and mobile services/text messaging. It has a strong track record of improving prospects and communications for commercial organisations, Charities and Chambers of Commerce.

Phil is a good strategic thinker with his feet planted firmly on the ground. He has a track record for fostering innovation and building strong teams. He is a real ' make it happen' guy.

What we do
Companies and not-for-profit organisations always want to communicate better with their current and future customers.

Lots of organisations do not know which technology to use, or don’t have enough time or resource to communicate effectively, or don’t know whether they have permission to communicate with those on their contact database.

We solve these problems through email and mobile initiatives to recruit customers, repair neglected communications and deepen relationships.

We have achieved hundreds of customer sign-ups for membership groups using email and text. We have rejuvenated 38.2% of a customer database that was thought to be no longer useful and regularly get response rates on survey and profiling work of over 25%, which is 4-5 times better than most surveys, with a highest return rate so far of 36.3%.

The benefit to our clients of what we do is the comfort of knowing that they are getting the best out of their communications without having to worry about the technology. Our clients get the safety of working with a team that treats their data with no less respect and consideration than it treats it’s own.
