On the 1st of April we launched our new online support suite. It has been designed to improve our old ticketing system and include a new knowledge base and download centre.
The ticketing system allows us to add, manage and update the jobs that we do. Clients can also interact by updating tickets and monitoring progress.
The knowledge base is intended to reduce the amount of support queries directed to our support staff by offering solutions to common problems.
The download centre will allow customers to download drivers, manuals and software for their servers, workstations or notebooks.
The suite is accessible via our Support section or this url - http://support.a2z-computing.com - if you had a user account on our old JobLog system then you will be able to log in to the new support suite using the same username and password.
