Dialogue - A reciprocal conversation between two or more people. An exchange of ideas via conversation.

 

A major reason that many service professionals fail to build thriving businesses is because they struggle to convey in a clear and compelling manner exactly what problems they solve and benefits they deliver.

 

When we meet people in a business situation there is usually an opportunity to inform who we speak with about what we do; who our ideal clients are and the benefits we provide. In my experience very few people are able to articulate clearly and concisely this information in a manner that the listener finds interesting and memorable.

 

We are all aware that everyday the options to use technology to communcicate with our prospects and clients increase. Some businesses are becoming increasingly impersonal and are moving further and further away from direct interactive human communication. Hiding behind a wall of technology, although not a conscious choice, has become a fact of life for a lot of businesses.
